Project SUCCESS prepared qualified mentors to support the growth and development of novice teachers. The videos in this section provide practical tools for 3 audiences; mentors, novice teachers, and mentor trainers. The Mentoring in Action team is grateful to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education who provide funding for Race to the Top (RTTT) and Teaching Incentive Funds (TIF).
