Professional Development Consulting Packages:

I offer multiple levels of professional development packages for mentoring and new teacher training.  Packages can be customized to meet your district’s unique needs!

Basic: With this FREE package you will receive supporting e-books for “Mentoring in Action” and “First Year Matters”.  You will also receive a free 30 minute consultation with Carol Radford on how to use these resources effectively in your school district.

Plus: With this package you will receive the benefits of the Basic package, plus a 2-hour face-to-face Professional Development session with mentors, new teachers or a district leadership team.  This Professional Development includes planning and follow up sessions.

Premium: As with the Plus package, you will receive the benefits of basic.  You will also receive a full day of professional development including; the individualized design of a District Action Plan for induction and mentoring, direct services to  mentors, new teachers or a district leadership team, and assessment/ evaluation of the district’s current program.

Select:  With the Select plan, you will receive the benefits of the Basic package along with three full days of professional development on the train-the-trainer mentoring model.  Your district will be assisted in creating a sustainable mentoring program through developing an action plan.  Follow up will include  evaluation of the action plan’s success.
